Enter the code your CIS technician gave you to start a secure support session.

   Enter your codeType the code into the box above and click the arrow.

   Open the downloadClick the downloads icon (↓) in the top-right corner of your browser, then click the file. You can ignore the red arrow pointing to the bottom of the screen.

   Allow it to runIf your computer asks for permission, choose Run or Yes. Your technician will then connect.
